i want to work at Starbucks! any advice and preparation ?
I am only 14 i am actually going to be 15 on the 20th of July! I want a job but i still need to wait one more year. I want to work at Starbucks. I have an espresso machine at home and i make them and lattes all the time. I am extremly organized and can probally remember the costumers order. i cannot wait till next summer to get my first job 
:D i am tottaly ready for the responsibility. any tips or preparation i can do for this job?
Wow – If I managed your target Starbucks I’d be ready to hire you the minute you are eligible. But just to make sure it’s not just to be working in a cool place and a fantasy, how about volunteering a few hours a week for odd jobs and get a first hand look at the day-to-day work. They have a lot of turnover it seems and it is a demanding job.
