Does coffee have any long term side effects?
I’m 12 years old and I have a weird condition that makes me have like mini-seizures and i used to take pills for it but I got addicted to coffee and whenever I drink coffee I don’t have the seizures and I don’t need the pills. Dr. Bendiler doesn’t know why it can be a substitute for the pills but does coffee have any bad side effects? I’m going through puberty right now and a lot of people say that it can stunt my growth. Help please.
i hope you find your answer, i dont knwo much but the reason why i avoid coffee is coz i heard it reduces the water quantity in your body but overall its helps the mind calm down and stuff so its good in the morning. But im not sure if the water part applies to people to drink coffee rarely
